Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made and concluded via the Wheelcarpet webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Offers and Prices

All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Wheelcarpet reserves the right to change prices.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Wheelcarpet.

3. Ordering and Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation via email.

Wheelcarpet reserves the right to refuse an order in case of clear errors or misuse.

4. Delivery

We aim for a delivery time of 5 working days. During busy periods, the delivery time may extend up to 14 working days.

Deliveries are made within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Indicated delivery times are estimates and not strict deadlines. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless legally required.

5. Shipping

Shipping is carried out via external carriers.

Wheelcarpet is not liable for delays or damage occurring during transport.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

To request a return, please contact us by sending an email through our contact form.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the product.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Products that are sealed for hygienic reasons can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.

7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are specially personalized or custom-made for the customer.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once the seal has been broken.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the webshop.

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been received.

9. Warranty

All products are covered by statutory warranty.

Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by negligence.

10. Liability

Wheelcarpet is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or lost profits.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be reported within 14 days of discovery via carpet4wheels@gmail.com.

We strive to handle complaints within 14 days.

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Wheelcarpet is established.
